Last Sunday I (Liz) went to a women's potluck at church. One of the ladies made moose cupcakes. This was my first exposure to moose cupcakes. The nose is made of half a twinkie dipped in chocolate. The eyes are made from m&m's. Other parts are made from melting chocolate and tootsie rolls. No moose were harmed in the making of these cupcakes!
This herd of moose took 3 hours to prepare (not including the baking time). I love the creativity displayed here. Moose cupcakes... only in Alaska!
