Hobo Jim: Alaska's State Balladeer

This is Hobo Jim, a real down to earth singer/songwriter who sings about life in Alaska. We saw him at Girdwood's Forest Fair. Afterwards we told him our story. He was very approachable and thought our story was great. He autographed a CD for Mom Hoffman, then just hung out with people at the fair.

During his concert, a two-year-old girl wandered onto stage with him and started singing along (sorta). Without missing a beat, he bent down a mic stand so she could sing into the microphone. For the next few songs, she was his back-up singer. It wouldn't sell many albums, but it was clear both of them were having fun!
