great....love the recipes. Still remember the
hearty & delicious elk burger we had with you and
the jerkies....moose, caribou, elk, buffalo. Thanks for the gastronomic experiences. None of it tasted wild or like chicken (just kidding), but so-o-o lean. Good stuff. After viewing that website, I believe that's the "call of the wild" we're hearing.
